Designing services means going through the phases from analysis, preparation, synthesis, implementation and test over and over again. Being creative, cooperation, communication and managing the development and implementation with many actors. And, of course: fun ánd profit.

At EventsIT we exploited ICT enabled services for over 10 years in the sport event market. Starting with the design of the first mobile information and entertainment service as PhD project for the event market in 2003. Later with ticketing, accreditation and all kind of different services for European Championships and other large sport events.
